Doomed – seriously.

[The following is a tri-focused rant at the economy, the healthcare bill, and the brazen stupidity of current national leadership. Please forgive the mid-stream subject changes.]

I was talking to a friend about the bill health passing today, and he said “… yeah, hang on to your wallet”, to which I replied, “That won’t do any good, what’s in there won’t be worth much before long.”

It’s all the in the name. The so-called “healthcare reconciliation act” is nothing but a major attempt at socialism that will end up being a major torpedo to this country’s economy. Furthermore, it’s another huge hail in the coffin for the US.

This act will not help the poor and disenfranchised that they claim it will. It will simply deflate what wealth and healthcare footprint we do have until there is little to go around for anyone. This is because of the dreadful impact this will have on the already recessed economy. An economy on which our all-wise dictator decided to mortgage by tripling our national debt all in the name of ’stimulus’. I’d like to whisper this news in his ear: “It’s not working.” And now we can’t even make the payments on the interest, let alone the principle.

This all almost makes me wonder if this isn’t a way to force us to make a desperate move. If the economy sags to the point of depression and the financial rating of our country drops, there will be a massive public outcry – mostly because we’re soft and will whine more about the loss of convenience. “Superman” a.k.a. El-Dictator, will have to swoop in with a bold and sweeping solution.

INGSOC Lives!

Special thanks to Bob of Bobknowsall.com for concisely articulating the past several months of global politics in this article. http://bobknowsall.com/?p=26

My comments:

Long live INGSOC!  :P
Seriously these people and the other global power brokers are working towards the same goal.  They are subverting free, prosperous, and democratic countries toward global oligarchical collectivism.  The ARE the Orwellian vision of government.  While they may orchestrate the appearance of democratic elections and independent countries, small groups in dark rooms are pulling the strings of the officials.  Sounds like crazy conspiracy-theory stuff, but it’s happening before our eyes, and now more in the open.

Liberal conquest 2009

So I tonight the sold-out liberal media is giving the White House prime air-time to lay out the plan for America, but are not going to provide time for conservative commentary or rebuttal. This is coming from the left-wing core. The very people who claim to be for free speech, and are pushing for the re-enactment of the so-called Fairness Doctrine. They are doing everything they can to shout-down and shut-down anyone who disagrees. So much for thoughtful and healthy debate.

But why should we be surprised? Neither leopards nor liberals change their spots. They are fascists tried and true. Now that they have a majority grip on political power, they unabashedly are showing themselves to be what they have been all along – hypocritical power-mongers. While they claim to be the party of freedom, they are truly the party of control. Examine their behavior patterns and compare to fascists of the past. In the mid 1900’s The brown-shirts and the Nazis seized controlling interest of education, media, banks, and major manufacturing, most notably the automotive industries of their countries. (Hmmm, sound familiar?) They then started regulating speech, religious freedom, guns, health care, travel, and more. (Hmmm, sound familiar?) They also started taxing more heavily, and created new civilian defense branches and other para-government corps. (Hmmm, sound familiar?)

The fascists of today use some of the same tactics of old, but have been more subtle and patient than those of the past. In the past, the fascist leaders would seize the day on social issues, create a problem, stir up the masses, and then provide their leadership as the solution. But they moved too quickly, too brutally, and their power-moves were too obvious. The Nazi’s then started on the spread of their power by military conquest, but the modern fascist is more cooperative with other world leaders of like philosophy. An ‘axis of liberals’ if you will.

The modern fascist takeover has been an incremental strategy. Starting slowly in the 1950’s in education and media, we now have a trickle-down, brain-wash effect through the generations, so that now so many people are convinced that more liberal philosophy in social and economic realms are morally correct and wise. This could more further from the truth, we do better when we maintain true moral integrity, and fiscal conservatism. Through careful manipulation of regulations all in the name of fairness, social and economic ‘problems’ have been created, the masses have been stirred, and the liberals have offered their leadership as the solution. In the end, they have seized control (by us giving it away), and now they are starting to roll over anyone who dares to speak out against them. In the end, they take control, and are now poised to remove many freedoms that we have enjoyed for so long. Freedoms that are human rights, freedoms granted by our constitution, freedoms endowed by our Creator.

Sound crazy? Paranoid? The stuff of conspiracy-theories? It’s happening right in front of us. You have to be blind or brain-washed not to notice.

Taking credit

I was watching the evening news about Obama’s European tour and G20 meeting, the newscaster announced that it’s a good thing that the president is reaching out to other countries because many people in the world blame the US for the failing global economy.  All I can say is “thanks, we’ll take credit for that”.  Thanks for esteeming us so highly, and deeming us so powerful that the well being of the world hinges on our actions.  We’ll also take the credit for the prior decades of global prosperity experienced in industrialized nations.  After all, it is true that much of our invention and innovation is the benefactor of modernized civilization.  Global labor statistics show that Americans are the most productive workers on the planet.  We put in more hours, endure more stress, and produce more work output, and invent more new beneficial ideas than anyone in any country, anywhere.  While this may sound arrogant, it’s just the facts.  And while they call us ‘ugly Americans’ when they see us on vacation, they can just remember that we are wiped out from working so much, and are spending our hard-earned money in their country thereby contributing to the benefit of their economy.  We work hard for our pay, and we expect others to do so as well.  Our demanding demeanor is just the reflection of the expectations that we put on ourselves.  It is a reflection of what makes us prosperous. Best Investment

A friend of mine recently shared with me a letter that he received from one of our State Senators. This letter was sent to him in response to my friend’s comments on the fallacy of the stimulus bill and his extreme displeasure over the debt-sponsored welfare therein.  The letter he received (obviously a form letter) touted all the wonderful benefits of the stimulus plan, and the projections of how much it will improve the economy. One such projection is one of the best benefits, perhaps one of the best investments that I’ve ever heard.  I think the liberals are on to something.

The Senator’s letter claimed of the stimulus plan’s investment: “For every dollar spent on unemployment insurance benefits, $1.63 in economic activity is generated, and for food stamps it is $1.73 for each dollar spent.” Well, there it is folks. This is the answer to all our money problems. This is the investment of a lifetime. Imagine getting a 63-73% return on investment! It’s almost unheard of. Why aren’t they putting the whole stimulus package into these areas? It would turn around the economy in no time, and far out-pace the debt interest. They should put all the investment funding of social security into these areas too. That’ll save that crisis too. I know where I’m putting what’s left of my 401K now.

For the conservative readers, you already know the math doesn’t work, and the Senator’s claims are specious at best.  For you liberal pinheads, I’ve been employing sarcasm.  You may recognize sarcasm as a form of communication that you may recall studying in your liberal arts literature course if you weren’t too stoned at the time.  Apparently the liberal leaders that you’ve seen fit to be elected to office flunked out of their math class, and this has effectively played into their understanding of political science.  It appears they believe that paying people not to work will generate wealth, and that paying for people’s food rather than paying people to produce food will lead to prosperity.  Morons.
