I had a conversational prediction amongst my friends that once President Obama read some of the intelligence reports about certain countries, people, and Gitmo detainees that he’d have to change his position fro his campaign rhetoric. That is, is he has any sense at all. Turns out he does to a degree. The latest trip to certain countries has shown a much cooler, more reluctant Obama than his brazen campaign claims that he’d reach out and talk to everyone. It also appears that now that he knows what some of the Gitmo prisoners have done, who they know, what they know, and how much they are our enemies, he’s not giving them all a free pass as the clueless libs had hoped. I’m not saying that I believe in him very much, I just think it’s important to give credit where credit is due, and recognize that he at least has some sense.
