Oh look! The Federal gov’t is going to make cybersecurity better. Isn’t that wonderful? It’ll have all the astutely managed success of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Intelligence, Defense, and Public Education. We can’t lose! (for those of you slow on the take, that was sarcasm)
